FC Winterthur supports the idea of the tournament and provides its infrastructure and network to the fans. The international tournament against racism is an invitation tournament where fan groups from all over the world exchange, network, play football together and vuiely celebrate. All these fan groups have in common that they actively work against racism and discrimination in general. From Switzerland, the Bierkurve of FC Winterthur has been part of this movement since forever. The Antira Tournament is organized exclusively by fans from the stands. After 2013, the event will take place from June 5 to 7 for the second time in Winterthur. While several hundred football fans gathered on the Reitplatz in Töss 13 years ago, this year will be played on the Schützenwiese. The evening festivities will take place externally. A broad-based committee from the Winterthur fan scene has been formed for the tournament organization. On the tournament area, there is a wide range of catering for the participants and the public. To compensate for the income differences from the various countries, the food and drinks are offered as cheaply as possible. The tournament collective is therefore also dependent on generous tips or donations. Any profit would flow into charitable projects. FC Winterthur supports the idea of the tournament and provides its infrastructure and network to the fans. In accordance with its motto: Our heart beats red and white – our world is colorful. Peace. Freedom. Football. We stand for respect, tolerance and openness. Against discrimination and violence.
